How do I know what women are looking for in a man? I am qualified to answer this because I am a woman, and I have found a wonderful man. I have had many men in my life over the years, and unfortunately they were not good enough to keep around. However, the one I have now is definitely a keeper! He has certain qualities that make him a keeper, and these are all good examples of what women are looking for in a man.
Take for example, my man's primary keeper quality. He is a true man's man, not Mr. Macho, but just the opposite. He is totally masculine in every way and respects women. He can spend the day doing manly things with his buddies like fixing his car, and then come home to treat me like a queen.
A man's man doesn't have to wine and dine you - but he should! He should be sensitive to your feelings, desires, and needs. He should do what ever it takes to make you feel loved, like holding your hand or making you dinner.
Beyond this respect and sensitivity, woman want to be valued. A manas man like mine should ask for his ladyas opinion, and he should take it seriously. He should be able to engage in serious, intelligent conversation with his woman.
Women need a man who is intelligent. The respect and value of a man is of no use to a woman if he can not understand her opinion. He has to be smart enough to hold an intelligent, adult conversation.
There are many languages of love. A real man knows how to speak these languages and is fluent in most of them. He will know when to buy gifts, he will know when to touch your hand, he will know when to provide a service, he will know how to tell you what he feels, he will spend time with you. He will not only know, but he will do these things for his woman.
A real manas man has to be in touch with his feminine side. He can not be scared of loosing touch with his identity, as he needs this feminine side to help guide him in reaching out and touching yours.
So, what are women really looking for in a man? We are not looking for Mr. Macho, you can keep him; or Mr. Right who does not exist. We are looking for that one man who knows how to make you feel like a woman, and does.
